If the film kept the atmosphere and plot development according to the beginning, then the rating would be positive. But after the end of 2/3 of the film, the heroine embarks on the warpath and an almost typical funny anime action movie begins, which leads the film's assessment to negative. Accordingly, 2/3 of the film is interesting and curious to watch, and filmed perfectly, some intrigue remains. But then, everything turns into an attempt to turn the film into the first episode of the series, the beginning of the franchise, instead of trying to make a good full-fledged self-contained film.
The film is imbued with Japanese mysticism, fatalism, resistance of the heroes to bullet wounds, blows to the head with an armature, with a hint of a Korean chopper, but only with a small hint in 3/3 of the film, which, apparently, should be fully embodied in the next episode, or in the minds of the audience.
