The early 1980s marked the peak of Franco Nero's career as a mature film actor. In fact, the film in question confirms this truth—here, Nero is 100% macho man.
The film itself is mediocre. It has an excellent ninja beginning. But then the film ‘sags’ - there are karate fights, murders of villains - but the ninjas themselves only come together in battle at the end. By the way, the film has an AKA - “White Ninja” - which corresponds to Nero's combat suit - it is white, which makes him noticeable at night, when ninjas are active. But this author's assumption is an original presentation of the image of a secret spy. Again, Nero operates during the day. This means that white is not necessary.
For all avid fans of martial arts. I am much more interested in ‘Ninja Revenge’, from the same Golan-Globus film company, released a year later, in which this theme is explored in much greater depth.
For film buffs, Syzen George starred in the film and did a pretty good job acting.
