Despite the fact that there are plenty of critics towards Sharon Stone, I personally consider her to be a very talented actress, and the film "Basic Instinct" perfectly reveals her potential.

The main character is a psychologist who loves to play on people's feelings, provoke them to impulsive actions and watch their reactions. We can say that the inclinations of a real experimenter were formed in her, but unlike an adequate scientist, when an experiment gets out of control, she does not think to stop it, but on the contrary, even speeds up the process. The heroine charms the person she is interested in, using all sorts of techniques: body language, communication style and her sexuality. As a viewer, you are confident that this woman is able to seduce almost anyone and, through manipulation, force him to follow her whims.

The main character of the film, a detective investigating a murder with particular cruelty, becomes a toy in her hands. It is worth noting that the talented actor Michael Douglas pales in comparison to Sharon. At the same time, the play of actors playing secondary roles does not arouse interest at all. Despite the fact that the plot is easy to guess along the way, the film is worth watching because of the chemistry that arises between the characters, Sharon's play, and the charm and beauty of the actress herself.

The cinema points to the negative aspects of modern society, such as: depraved behavior, the use of illegal drugs, promiscuous sex life - but with all this, it does this exclusively to reveal the inner world of the heroes. However, children should not watch this movie due to the abundance of all of the above.
