A very kind and original cartoon about two opposite personalities, a talented scientist, but a rare underdog Wallace, and his smart, but always silent dog Gromit.This is the first novel of the first trilogy about Wallace and Gromit.
The plot is as follows.It's Gromit's birthday.Wallace gives him a collar and mechanical pants on the control for walking, which Gromit is not happy about.The same day Wallace learns that they have severe financial problems, and he has to rent a room in the house.A silent penguin comes to live with them. From the first day he shows concern for Wallace, and creates inconvenience to Gromit.Eventually Gromit leaves the house.Taking advantage of this, the penguin retools mechanical pants and uses Wallace for his criminal plan, the purpose of which is to steal the famous and priceless blue diamond.But Gromit is not going to give his master in offense ...

Great cartoon, as well as the whole trilogy. Deserved 'Oscar' 1994 for best short film.Be sure to watch!
