The only one of its kind, very dynamic, absolutely unstressful (as it is a little over an hour long) - I liked this stylish German film. Truth be told, when I watched it a few years ago, I didn't really appreciate it. I was wrong.
The clip art photography, good actors (although the character 'Lola's dad's mistress' looks a little too repellent), the original story, the great music - a candy cane movie.
Some may find a bit of philosophical subtext, but on the whole the film is not meant to tense up the viewer's brain activity, but to give him a visual treat. And a good plot with a lot of original tricks is a nice bonus to the picture.
