Underworld: Rise of the Lycans 4K 2009

And I really, really liked the film! This story hooked me from the first part. True, I can't say that in the 3 parts of the semantic load there is more, we do not really learn anything new. But everything was filmed just brilliantly: special effects, massacres, a beautiful love story ..

I really liked Michael Sheen (Lucian), already for him one can give the film 10 points. True, I sympathize with his hero from the first part and, perhaps, cannot judge objectively.

Bill Nighy (Victor) is also just gorgeous, I never really liked this character, but here his inner drama was shown so well that I was filled with sincere sympathy for him.

As for Rona Mitra (Sonya), to be honest, I don't believe either .. True, in love it usually happens like this: one loves, and the other allows himself to be loved. But it seems when two go against everyone and everything, then there must be strong feelings on both sides. In general, the performance of the actress leaves much to be desired.

The most memorable moment for me was the execution scene. I was moved to tears when Sonya burned down right in front of Lucian's eyes, although I knew that it would be so. That was very well played!

Overall, I can say the film was a success! But not everyone will like it, not even every lover of werewolves and vampires. Probably, we can say that the film is not for everybody.
