For me, this picture is the most important of its genre. After it came the martial arts of Jackie Chan and Jean Claude Van Damme, but in the beginning there was a word, and that word was Bruce Lee.
The movie has everything that should be: handsome Bolo Yeng, the influence of the USA (in which martial arts were very popular at that time), clawed Han, curly-haired scoundrel, and the plot compared to later fighting movies is quite good (the idea of one villain who broke away from the temple and organized something, etc.).
The funny trio of Chan, Biao, and Hung also shine here. You could even see Jackie Chan trying to attack Bruce. You can see the zeal right away. And it makes your heart twinge and say 'era...'.
The movie is stripped down to quotes (like 'boards can't fight back'). I'm sure that in 'Bloodsport', Bolo Yeung adhered to, so to speak, the clichés or sketches of 'Enter the Dragon' (I won't say in detail, watch it yourself and you'll understand everything).
Well Bruce is great as always! A legend! You can't argue with that... and I have no right to judge his acting. And the collection of his movies will be inherited and cherished in my family.
The movie is in the collection, and Bruce Lee will live on in the hearts of people who respect his art.
