"Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy" (2004) follows the life of Ron Burgundy, a news anchor who believes he is the consummate professional. His confidence is challenged when a talented and driven journalist, Veronica Corningstone, joins the channel. The film, which also stars Paul Rudd, Steve Carell and David Keckner, is a mixture of absurdist humor, parody and nostalgia for the 1970s. The situations in which the characters find themselves will make the audience laugh until they cry, while the eccentric characters and their interactions create an unforgettable atmosphere.
