Alarum 4K 2025

This is the second consecutive terrible and mediocre project featuring Stallone in recent memory, and for good reason. Hollywood is on fire and in agony. There's something absurd going on. Even the highest paid and most famous artists have started systematically appearing in completely obscene and cheap movie spinoffs. Watch 'Alarum' and 'Unbreakable' to realize how great all of Sly's previous films were, and even 'King of Tulsa'

And here another banal story about flash, special agents and stalking here does not stand up to any criticism. Eastwood Jr. in general is nice to look at, but here he has nothing to play. Sly so in general, frankly speaking, here is not in his role completely, he does not look like either a mercenary, or a killer, or a special agent. And it's not just his age, but the image he was given here.

The story of sad movies with Bruce in recent years is repeated here. What happens: takes the most cheesy and boring script, of which there are a million. Under him called a couple of world-famous artists, which can be drawn on the poster. All this is complemented by dull cheap trailers, yes names, which supposedly somehow should somehow make the audience nostalgic for the former hits with their participation.

As a result, you get a mediocre “action”, 90% of screen time in which is allocated to stamped dialog and primitive wagering. It's a pity that Eastwood, after episodes and second plans in expensive projects, appears in the main role, but in such a cheap movie. There are a couple of shootouts in the whole movie. It's also filmed so disgustingly that you don't even wonder why the cameraman doesn't have an illuminator. It's all just shot in one day.

Stallone clearly comes in for a few hours of filming, well a shift for his fee. That's pretty much where the budget for the “movie” ends, and the director is forced to shoot the ineptness in a couple of cheap sets and with moulage guns, painted fire, etc. It's just painful to watch. That's how money is made in the industry right now. And the output there is hundreds of these cheapies a year, with no ideas, no effort, no worries about the fees. Director Polish hasn't done any better in all these years, which is weird too. That's fine.

Don't waste your time on it so you don't get frustrated, especially if you love Sylvester's work.
