In some anomalous area of the forest, animals have turned into evil monsters. A family that has ended up in this area is trying to survive, while hunters (obviously the villains) are trying to catch the main evil monster—a mutant deer.
That's roughly what the plot looks like, but in fact, we are dealing with a standard low-budget horror film. The plot itself, like the graphics, is nothing special—cheap and angry. The whole question boils down to who the deer will kill first and how the heroes will try to hide and fight it. The main monster is very good at navigating not only the forest but also residential buildings, managing to squeeze through doorways, some bullets hitting it, some not (there is no logic); the characters manage to forget about those with whom they are traveling/escaping, leaving some alone (they abandon them and don't even remember them later in the film). Overall, it's a standard package for an inexpensive horror film. On the plus side, the plot is quite active, which allows you to watch this film while periodically making bets in the style of “will the branch crack or will he trip over it?”
Conclusion. You get what you expect from this kind of film. It's unrealistic to take these films seriously, and Bambi: The Reckoning is just meant to attract viewers.
