I really liked it; it’s so typical of the ’90s.
There are some pleasant surprises, such as drilling a hole in someone’s head to massage their brain so they can focus on something or calm down.
It was also very unexpected that the movie didn’t drag on—around the tenth minute, a lawnmower ran over the girl.
I also really liked the original idea of the prostitutes exploding; if Jeffrey had just killed them, I would have turned it off right away, but this way I really enjoyed it.
The ending is great too!
The mutants turned out really cool.
Overall, unlike many movies with such a not-particularly-intelligent premise, this one is worth rewatching—and probably more than once.
