What can you expect from a comedy starring Adam Sandler? That’s right: it’ll be silly, but funny. That’s pretty much how things go in this movie—but only for the first twenty minutes. And then… And then some funny things start happening in the movie.

First, we’ll see a unique take on "Groundhog Day". Second, the film’s genre shifts from comedy to romantic comedy. It’s worth acknowledging that these transformations only benefit the film. Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore make a wonderful on-screen couple. Sean Austin gave a wonderful performance. The screenwriter definitely deserves top marks: coming up with so many different ways to meet a girl is no easy task. The ending was a bit surprising.
