The plot of the film was based on real events described in the novel of the same name by a military journalist. The story takes viewers to the beginning of this millennium. USA is immersed in mourning after the 9/11 terrorist attack, which not only destroyed two skyscrapers, but also killed more than a thousand of people. After this act of terrorism, the protagonist of movie 12 Strong 4k, who is a captain of the U.S. Navy, gets a responsible mission. He and eleven of his team members must complete a covert task. The soldiers are instructed to go to Afghanistan to destroy several military facilities. This will ensure a further offensive by the U.S. Army.
