The film is very atmospheric. Has its own gloomy prelude and no less gloomy ending, which leaves room for fantasy. After watching this film, you can choose the ending: gloomy or hopeful - like the whole world of magic, which is ambiguous. The director was able to create a magical disgusting story from a seemingly inspiring fairy tale, walking through the base components of the soul.

Entourage, stunning dialogues, at the proverbial level, inspired by folklore and ancient images, the choice between good and evil, no matter how trite it sounds, goes along the entire plot line.

Choice is what lies at the head of the picture, no matter how you argue with it.

The atmosphere is aptly captured by the Grimm stories. Remember, they wrote scary tales (art house, if you please), not fairy tales for children.

We must be imbued with the understanding that choice is the sacredness of the soul. Namely: darkness or light, self-sacrifice or sacrifice is a choice exclusively for the viewer.

PS: a wonderful story that the director and cameraman were able to masterfully convey to us in their very depressing style. And the actors' play is above all praise, considering that these are young talents.

After watching the film, a very strange aftertaste remains, which is what is required from viewing the author's interpretations of 'hackneyed' stories, fairy tales once told to us by our grandfathers.
