The target audience of this work is not clear. The film is a Frankenstein monster compiled from different issues of the entire comic book series Injustice 1 and Injustice 2. For comic fans, absolutely everything has been cut out that gives the events the necessary context. For ordinary people, the thread of the narrative is so inconsistent and accelerated that it is impossible to follow the course of action without knowing the original events.
As an independent work:
Narration: The editing of the picture is just awful. The cartoon begins well, consistently. After killing the Joker, it becomes impossible to follow the events, since the context of these events is completely absent. How? What for? Spectators simply observe a brief chronicle of the events that took place.
Plot: the director simply crammed different events from different episodes into one film. Somehow I glued it together and put it into production. It's ugly. Independent plot decisions from the director only add questions.
Heroes: due to the lack of screen time, the heroes of the picture are just robots like Amazo, who only do what they do. There are no disclosures of the heroes in the picture.
(For non-fans, you can immediately jump to the conclusion)
As a fan piece:
I am a fan of this comic book series, so I can objectively evaluate this film as a fan.
Comic events have been taking place for over 5 years. Therefore, after initially seeing the length of the film at 1 hour, I lowered my expectations to the minimum level. So that's it. All the important topics that the writers raised in the comic book series are omitted. In the comic, Superman has been pressed for over 4 years to become truly evil. The film took 20 minutes from one murder to mass. Batman and Damian's relationship is nonexistent. Wonder Woman is kind (!!!). Flash's fate did not let go until the end of the film. At least they mentioned him. And there are a lot of other things that the director or screenwriter has mediocrely adapted.
