I had no idea that being an experienced anime fan I'd be pissed at a series about a teenager saving the world. But, as they say, don't bet on it. The series is really great. Even though the atmosphere changes pretty drastically. At first it's the kind of thing that will take all thoughts out of your head and dispel boredom, then it's quite a serious and even dramatic senen. I liked that everything is constantly evolving, changing and the plot, and characters, and the world has undergone some other changes. The characters are not that new, but so memorable that the templates are mostly just spit on. Personally I really liked Nia, for me it's the ideal of femininity. I was generally very hooked by how the theme of this very femininity was revealed in one of the episodes.
Speaking of characters. They will die in packs. But I want to thank the creators for one thing. In 'Naruto' they die all the time too. And we will show it in great detail and generally try their best to make us, the audience, snot. It's not like that here. Deaths are experienced by the heroes with a smile on their lips and shouts of victory. No flashbacks. No empty chewing over tragedies. Personally, you may cry, but that's your business.
