The explosion caused by a little boy destroys Tokyo and leads to World War III. To prevent further destruction, the kid was captured and taken into detention. They ride large non-standard motorcycles and are in constant conflict with another gang. During one of these battles, the main character's best friend gets into an accident and meets the man who destroyed this beautiful city before. Meanwhile, the government tries to isolate this psychic until he regains his superpower. After all, he has destructive potential, which can destroy not only the new Tokyo but also go far beyond this metropolis. This Japanese animation, created in 1988, was ahead of time and is now relevant.
