The film amazes with its scale, beauty and depth of images and the world itself - I still wonder how one person could create a whole world, an entire era with its myths, heroes, geography, chronology, past, present and future!

Tolkien's genius has been perfectly transferred to the big screens and the film adaptation of the novel just tears you to pieces! When you watch a film, you find yourself in a fairy tale ... and not kind and instructive, but realistic and tough, where such eternal values as honor, dignity, courage, duty are highlighted.

And the music of the film is a separate conversation! The musical theme of the film is beyond praise - how can elven ballads or heroic motives against the background of battle scenes not touch your heart!

Undoubtedly, every Oscar out of 11 received is deserved!
