Would I read aloud words I didn't understand from a strange book that depicted demons, dead men rising from the earth? Why wouldn't I? No, seriously. Well, I'd read it, maybe I'd understand something.
Would I treat my acquaintance/acquaintance for drug addiction in a lonely house in the woods? Well, if I was supported by other friends and family of that person, especially since the house is familiar to me, then again, why not?
And lastly, would I go down to the basement, where lies my distraught sister (or rather a madwoman), who has killed my acquaintances, and even in my hand shotgun blast? If I had such a beloved sister and was sure it would help her - why not?
What's the point of all these analogies to myself? Yes, to the fact that the movie doesn't have that 'stupidity' so characteristic of this kind of movie genre. The action of the characters lends itself to either logic or feeling. And these actions are not annoying. And I was able to watch the film in peace.
And what did I see?
Blood, blood, severed body parts, something so 'boom' scary. And the atmosphere is brutal and creepy. No, the film doesn't scare much, in fact it doesn't try to scare. It's not called 'scary dead' or 'scary dead'. The movie is just creepy. Everything I saw disgusted me, a couple of times I shuddered not from fear but from the creepiness on the screen.
The movie is worth watching for thrill seekers, blood lovers, and fans of the original trilogy. I personally liked it all, I didn't get such 'ecstasy' from a horror movie for a long time, or maybe never. An excellent movie in its genre.
