I am sincerely surprised that there are still no reviews of this film. Despite the fact that the best Presley movies were released before 1958, 'Blue Hawaii' is undoubtedly noteworthy.
Elvis Presley is the idol of millions of people around the globe. People are attracted to him by his velvet voice, inimitable charisma and cool outfits. Movies with him are always bright, musical and bringing light and goodness.
So is 'Blue Hawaii', that is, a chain of islands, washed by the blue waves of the ocean. The hero Presley, who came home from the army (and he really got out of the army a year before filming this movie), in Hawaii, for some time hanging out with friends, adorned with a wreath, plays the guitar, but after attracted to the family business as a guide. He has to take tourists and show them the local sights. One day fate brings him together with five charming girls, with whom he will travel through a tropical paradise, and sing his songs for them.
An easy, relaxing, no-strings-attached film filled with tropical flavor and beautiful music.
The song 'Can't Help Falling In Love' became a real hit, entering the golden fund of music. Elvis always closed his concerts with it.
If you love Presley and want to hear his great songs again, then 'Blue Hawaii' is for you!
