It is bad almost everything, the dialogues, the characters, the twists, the transitions of the scenes, the soundtrack is as if there was no such thing, it is so boring, and the balance of power is very striking, that is, in one scene Adam crushes a whole mountain without much trouble, in another he cannot even push the 'bird-man' away, and hardly throws him into the closet. But instead of prescribing some strategy or ploy to defeat a stronger opponent, 'Bird Man' for exactly one scene turns out to be as strong as the one that the comics barely defeated Superman.
The arch with the mother and the boy is a separate masterpiece, pulling in a Malin ten, no less. And a teenager who can run up the open spiral stairs of a 10-story building on a skateboard from a horde of armed soldiers, nothing but a desire to touch his forehead with his palm, I do not understand why the world needs superheroes if there are such talented children. There are no words to describe it, you should see it (but you'd better not).
No plot development and dynamics, the scenes change so quickly and abruptly that they have practically no effect on the future, that is, take away five scenes, add three new ones, swap a dozen more, and nothing will change globally.
Predictable, unfunny, monotonous, incomprehensible, and most importantly, phenomenally boring.
The feeling that from the original cut out not half an hour, but two hours, and not the fact that would have been a masterpiece of 4 hours, but in any case there would not be these scenes, clippings which consist of 80% of the movie.
To summarize, an incredibly weak movie, both as an adaptation of the Origins of Adam, as a comic book movie, and as a regular movie.
