The plot, as expected, is rather mediocre and there is nothing particularly new. According to the classics: villain, mole, hostages, shootouts, implausible scenes and predictability.
But, as in past installments, the unoriginal plot is diluted with a lot of interesting things. Specifically in this part there were a couple of powerful cameos and some minor characters were revealed in the best light.
Also in this installment there is very interesting filming, beautiful transitions, quality graphics and great slo-mo scenes.
The fight scenes and the classic humorous dialogues of the beloved characters stayed on track, thank you for that.
Honestly, the movie is somewhere around a 6, but my hand doesn't go up to give it that grade. Maybe this part is not the last (again) and maybe we will see a new appearance of Marcus and Mike, because the old guys can still surprise.
I also really liked the promotional campaign of the film: Weil Smith and Martin Lawrence shot humorous videos with American bloggers and participated in various collaborations. And after the premiere in the US, Will Smith posted a video from the filming of one of the first-person scenes. The actor showed how the scene was filmed, which also drew a lot of attention to the product
The aftertaste after watching is very pleasant and light, as expected. Let it be a one-time movie, but you won't regret the time spent.
