A wealthy, middle-aged slacker with a teenage outlook on life, who finds no greater joy than speeding around in his Ferrari and throwing money around, one day discovers that his bank account is empty. It takes him a long time to grasp the full meaning of this event, but despite the dire situation, it is this financial disaster that becomes a turning point in his awareness of the reality around him.

With the help of his valet, he comes to the conclusion that the best way to solve all his problems is to marry a rich simpleton. Taking $50,000 from his uncle on extortionate terms, he sets about putting his plan into action.

A candidate for the role of bride is found quite quickly - a woman who is just as brainless in everyday matters as the suitor for her hand and heart. Only, unlike him, as they say in such cases, she has a rich inner life. Being a nerd, she dreams of making humanity happy by discovering the as yet unknown “pistils and stamens” in nature.

Immediately after the wedding, the groom, in accordance with his initial plan, begins to devise a way to physically eliminate his wife, who stands in the way of his former lifestyle. But from the moment of bankruptcy, something has snapped in his subconscious, and there is no going back to the past.

You are unlikely to giggle while watching the film, but that does not detract from its merits. The action is presented with a touch of irony, and perhaps this is its main attraction. Enjoy the film.
