A biting satire on the world around us, on people whose minds are clouded by all sorts of nonsense. The film’s creators take aim at everyone: the People’s Liberation Fronts (which no one asked for anything from, and which are mostly preoccupied with eliminating their rivals);
The countless religions, with their teachers (who know exactly how everyone should live). The Romans (and not just them) with their classical Latin (as well as aqueducts, roads, sewers, colosseums, medicine, order, wine...), but poor diction. And, strictly speaking, to a population that most resembles a flock of sheep awaiting their next shepherd. Something in the spirit of Gogol and Saltykov-Shchedrin. Some will find it funny, while others will take offense, but I would say: ‘If you don’t want to see a fool, don’t look in the mirror.’
