As a zombie action movie, it's not bad overall. But it feels like we've seen it all before. There are a few moments where the characters offer insights into the collective mind that seem interesting, but overall, it's all a well-worn theme.

My main issue with the main villain is that he contradicts himself—he didn't achieve the goal he set out to achieve, even though he had a perfect example right in front of him: himself, with his personality intact. What exactly is supposed to instill fear of AI if I don't see a collective mind here? All I see is a dictatorship controlled by the network's central node. His message was that a lack of communication and the inability to glimpse into others' experiences and minds cause people to suffer; he wanted to eradicate lies and betrayals, but all he did was create a network of mindless puppets under his control. At the same time, he retained his own identity. So what now? The ideal scenario would have been to make everyone like that: people with preserved individual identities connected to a shared "network"—that's the real conflict, when your thoughts and experiences become shared, but you retain your individuality. That's the real fear of AI, when your mind becomes collective, but it doesn't eliminate conflicts between individuals.

Moreover, this conflict has already been depicted in a host of works—and in one of them, even twice: *StarCraft*. Yes, that very same Khala of the Protoss, where they remain proud individuals but feel and understand one another because they're connected—a state of affairs that some renegades dislike, leading them to cut themselves off from the Khala and become isolated. The same game also features the Zerg—another form of a collective mind, essentially what Yeon Cheol created: a dictatorship of the input interface, the first and primary node.

When you start to realize just how pathetic and insubstantial the main villain is—to the point that he doesn't even understand the very idea he was trying to bring to life, just like the screenwriter who wrote it—the movie abruptly descends into the category of a mediocre, run-of-the-mill film, unfortunately.

But it's still worth watching to reflect on the issues of collective thinking based on the "reverse" principle, because the film doesn't address this at all.
