The first 'Scanner Police' was good enough, but it still felt like the film was desperately missing something. Well, missing details appeared in abundance in the sequel. Gorgeous murder scenes by the villainous scanner, brilliantly performed by one of Hollywood's notable bad guys, Patrick Kilpatrick. Deformations, transformations, flesh peeling off the bones, streams of blood and mucus ... all these shocking episodes for which we watch low-budget horror films.

The scene of the murder in the art studio especially sinks into the soul ... Anyone who loves mucus, blood and other disgusting little things, this film is highly recommended for viewing. But if you are generally opposed to such things, it is better to refrain from watching, otherwise you risk parting with your lunch today ...
