He is a racing driver, who has been involved in car racing since childhood. Speed is Alex's main passion. Carting at a young age was the beginning for the Italian racing driver. Later the guy participated in various racing tournaments, and in 1991 he made his debut in Formula 1. Not becoming successful in F1, Alex Zanardi moved to the USA. There the Italian becomes a participant of prestigious racing competitions CART. It is here that Alex achieves great success and becomes a favorite of racing fans. Everything was going perfectly until the fateful September 15, 2001. Alex Zanardi gets into a terrible car accident during the next race. It's only thanks to a miracle he stays alive, but he loses both his legs. In spite of the terrible tragedy, Alex hasn't stopped doing what he likes. In this documentary, the audience will see how a strong Italian spirit takes part in a 24-hour racing marathon.
