Red Sonja 4K 1985

The first time I watched Red Sonja was at the end of the 1980s. The film was once and for all etched in my memory with a vivid flash of something unusual, futuristic and never seen before.

Schwarzenegger - that was the first time I saw him, and I love him to this day. I have seen almost every movie with him in it.

Brigitte Nielsen - for me she will always remain a dashing beauty, the Amazon Sonja, with an aggressive disposition on the surface and a desire for love and warmth deep down.

The plot - now it seems naive and simple, but then it seemed incredibly entertaining and exciting.

Special effects - it's not worth comparing with modern ones, they lose on all counts. But despite that, Red Sonja is one of the first seminal films that awakened in me a love for such genres in cinema as fantasy and sci-fi.
