Did you know that the concepts of 'hell' and 'average life' are identical?
Our lives are like a game:
Level 1 is kindergarten. Level 2 - school. Level 3 - college, institute. Level 4 - work. Level 5 - apartment and car. Level 6 - family. Level 9 - trip abroad.... Level N - death.
Is that a human life? No. All we do is run to this system and want it to bind our feet and hands to ourselves and make us forget and go on with our lives, according to the rules.
Man is not only an evolved organism, Homo Sapiens. He is capable of accomplishing great things.
And overwhelmingly everyone has a dream sitting in their head to do something great. You think about it periodically, in your spare time. And overwhelmingly you hate yourself for being a loser, for not being able to do your best to fulfill your cherished dream and buckling under to the system. 'What was in my way?' - you ask yourself. Circumstances, of course circumstances, however, that is no excuse.
You look at the stars on TV, at foreign landscapes and subconsciously question, is this real? Are we not living in a big reality show?
The only way to check it is to save up more money, sell your hated car and country plot, which you periodically lick from nothing to do, and go to places unseen by the naked eye. Better late than never... And don't forget to revisit the movie 'The Truman Show' once in a while.
This movie is about a man who is bent by circumstance, all of us. Yes, yes, Truman is you and me.
