He understands that the city is ruled by all the main gangs, the merciless killer and psychopath Jigso who does not care whom to kill. Frank is ready to fight for justice and takes the path of war against factions, he is helped in this matter by the FBI who have been feeding for a long time to imprison the main enemy of the city. Frank destroys all whom he sees in bad deeds and puts those whom he could not kill. But now he has a big battle in which many people will die and maybe even he himself. Jigsoe is ready to accept the challenge and gathers a lot of people with weapons in order to stop this fair guy. The FBI does not feed stop Frank and asks him not to kill everyone in a row.
