Since the 50's, the creators of low-budget horror films have turned to spiders, Bill Rebane's movie does not stand out among the succession of similar products: the actors' performance is at a low level, the plot is full of inconsistencies, and the spiders themselves are terribly funny. The spiders were created very simply: eight 'legs' were attached to a car, respectively, and the impressions of the spiders are not very different from the impression of an old car.
At the same time, Rebane's movie is full of the charm inherent in low-budget films, which is the only plus point of this kind of movies, attracting the audience with it. Despite the obvious absurdity of what is going on, the film attracts with its unobtrusive humor.
Viewers of Ribein's three previous films already know what to expect from this one, so they don't need to be told anything. To everyone else, I would like to say: you should watch this movie solely as a comedy.
