This is the most beautiful and unusual film about love that I have ever seen! And you only realize that it is about love at the very end... the rest of the time, the film skillfully mimics a spy fantasy thriller.

Vincenzo Natali is a special director for me. It was his film ‘Cuba’ that sparked my interest in low-budget and arthouse cinema. He knows better than anyone how to confuse the viewer and initially lead them down the wrong track... but then suddenly everything that has happened comes together in one big puzzle, so complex that I am still amazed by its almost mathematical precision.
