Well, yeah, it's not Men in Black, but why not imagine a different reality? Where all the good cops go to the office after death and continue to keep order so that ghost bandits don't disturb living people. Is that a bad thing? If you remember how many paranormal creations where ghosts and poltergeists disturb the living, and even kill, then there you have it - there are those who take care of mere mortals!
Funny, with a bit of irony, that all cops go to heaven; the storyline is lively, mobile, - it's just perfect to spend time watching not another sci-fi horror with a bad ending, but a positive comedy action. Yes, that's right! The picture is constantly changing, all the characters are alive and moving, not sitting still, with humor and some kind of unconventional interest in life...
And the flaws - well, yes, there were flaws, but they are in any movie!
Even when I went to see a comedy, the audience laughed twice as quietly and less often than when watching The Phantom Patrol, and therefore you should not give the film a red light at once.
So, no matter what you say, it's a great movie and gives you a lot of positivity!
