I don't understand why the rating of this movie is less than that of the first part. But it is.
The movie has some kind of plot. It is simple, uncomplicated, but light and kind. You really empathize with the (positive) characters and wish they were well. Despite the outright bad script.
The graphics were and remain cheesy. The Swamp Thing was okay, but the 'enemy' looked just grotesque. There was not much action. And if there is, it is clumsy and completely unrealistic. The camerawork saves the movie a bit. In terms of angles, the swamp scenes are very, very skillfully filmed.
Of the actors, I can point out Heather Locklear. Yes, she didn't show anything supernatural. But, nevertheless, it was pleasant to watch, it did not cut the eyes.
Strange as it may seem, there is much more good than bad in the movie. In fact, sometimes it's interesting to see where DC started.
