A naive old movie that doesn't compare to 'Smallville Mysteries' in the slightest. But not even with 'Superman Returns', which wasn't very good either. The same comedic style as in the previous parts is present, only there are fewer funny jokes. The hero in red underpants once again saves the world, breaking not only the laws of physics, but also all the laws of logic. The villains, as always, can not kill a single person - so the creators were afraid of violence and murder. Who can be frightened by such enemies? Not likely to scare children either. I especially like in these films the people who look at the approaching danger with their mouths open, not even trying to run away from the threatening object. They know, don't they, that Superman will come anyway and save everyone. Or they know that only plastic props will be thrown at them.
The resulting action is perfectly complemented by ugly actresses who aren't so bad after all. This part doesn't bring anything new to the table. I did not see anything that was missing in the previous parts and that would make this movie worth watching. You might as well make ten more episodes about the adventures of the invincible Superman and not add or subtract a bit of meaning. Only very big fans of Superman should watch it.
