Armadillo 2010

In February 2009, a documentary team led by Janus Mets landed in Armadillo, a NATO military base located in Helmand province in Afghanistan, right in the epicenter of the fighting against the Taliban. Over the course of six months, the film crew observed the lives of soldiers sent to the hot spot to provide aid to the Afghan people. The movie shows how the mood of the soldiers changes, their attitude to what is happening. The scene of the destruction of a group of Taliban militants caused a great public response.
