Mildred Pierce 4K 1945

My first impression is of the strength of character of Mildred Pierce. This is a story about a woman who is not afraid to stay alone, who took her fate into her own hands. In the center is not only the image of the main character, but also a peculiar ode to a mother's love, which is above all other feelings, it directs all the actions of Mildred.

Though it is a movie from the 45th year, the story has not lost its relevance in our days. The main character, played by Joan Crawford, seems to be a modern woman with work and family on her shoulders. One cannot ignore the elegant outfits of Mildred and her daughter.
