It is difficult to imagine how many times I heard about this film of the distant 1979, and only 2 years after the release of the remake of the same name, I got to know the original.

Police officer of the near future Max Rokotansky becomes the object of revenge of a gang of bikers who want his blood for the death of their brother in reason.

I agree that this film deserves to be remembered for a long time after its release, since even after several decades it continues to remain interesting and even shocking. The 23-year-old Mel Gibson, who happened to be at the audition (there is still an external resemblance to Pavel Priluchny), did not even suspect that Mad Max would turn out to be his ticket to acting, during which he would become a star of cinema. Thanks to his acting and the acting of other actors, the high-quality direction of George Miller, the cinematography of David Eggby and the rest of the people who had a hand in this creation, the world of cinematography was replenished with another classic film. The atmosphere, visuals, characters of characters, endless roads and high-speed cars - all this is remembered for a long time. The only thing that I didn't like and even a little pissed off were some moments in the film's narration. I understand that this was most likely a far-fetched move by the director to spice up the plot, but otherwise how can one explain the displayed human stupidity in the fact that a police officer, directly aware of the situation taking place on the territory of deployment, is going to the resort, taking his spouse and child with him , thereby exposing them to unjustified risk, while during the rest the spouse moves freely alone over long distances, and the husband calmly reacts to this, respectively, in the future, finding what he was looking for. I would also like to draw your attention to how Max unmistakably found his offenders at fairly large distances among the web of roads.

However, I would like to omit the above points due to the prevailing number of positive moments for the sake of which "Mad Max" can and should be watched.
